2019 Nationals Welcome Party and Hospitality
Welcome Party - Monday, September 30th, 6 - 10 pm
The welcome party starts with open bar at 6 p.m. in the hotel atrium. Plans are currently underway for that event. Welcome bags and meal tickets will be handed out - look for the Hospitality table with Timberline Basset Hound Club members.
Location: Crowne Plaza Hotel, Atrium - 1st Floor
Evening Hospitality, Tuesday October 1st - 6 - 9 pm and Thursday October 3rd - 7:30 pm
The hospitality room is the board room on the 6th floor of the hotel. It's lovely with a beautiful view of the mountains and we'll be using the adjoining suite for serving snacks and drinks, spilling over into the board room.
