New Member Fees Payment

Before submitting this form, make sure you have read, printed, and signed the BHCA Membership Application. If applying for a membership category other than Associate, you'll also need to have your sponsors fill out and sign their recommendation forms. The BHCA Membership Application and recommendation forms must be sent to the BHCA Corresponding Secretary. Please note: You must submit an application — and inform the BHCA Corresponding Secretary — even if joining as an Associate Member. Paying dues alone will not make you a member. You may also wish to make donations to the BHCA Foundation (which supports education, health research and rescue), the American Kennel Club Canine Health Foundation's Basset Hound Donor Advised Fund (for health research) and the American Kennel Club's Political Action Committee (used for campaign contributions to help elect dog-friendly legislators in Congress and state houses). Contributions to the AKC PAC may be made only by individuals and households resident in the United States. Contributions to the BHCA Foundation and AKC CHF Basset Hound Donor Advised Fund, which are 501(c)(3) organizations, may be tax deductible to the extent allowed by law.
