Concerning the proposed Bylaws changes, both the ballot mailed to BHCA members on the upcoming election and the electronic ballot (through a listed link) have an explanation of each proposed change to the Bylaws. The link in the electronic ballot, however, is not "live." You will have to cut and paste into a browser.
