As a sponsor for a prospective member, please take a few minutes to answer the questions below about the individual or family you are sponsoring. You should feel comfortable with the responsibility of sponsoring this application as it may be necessary for you to vouch for this person in writing if requested.
If the applicant has had purebred dogs before, did you inquire what happened to the dogs? Explain, if applicable.
Have you referred the applicant(s) to local owners, members, trainers, or local clubs, etc.. in their area? Have they pursued these avenues of information? Explain, if applicable.
