There are a lot of Bylaws amendments proposed this year, which have been developed by a hard-working and painstaking Bylaws committee. To help members understand these proposals, we have prepared a side-by-side comparison of the existing bylaws, with an explanation for why every Bylaws change is being recommended. Members can read the explanations in the 3rd column of the attached table, and I promise there's a lot of "white space" in the document, so even though it's long, it's really not burdensome to get through!
