A $10 late fee applies to the combined BITCH & LITTER NOMINATIONS. Late Fees apply if the bitch is not nominated prior to the puppies being whelped. Must be nominated before the puppies are 30 days old with late fee. Litter must be nominated by 1 month of age (30-grace period).
