Two (2) sponsors are required for your Single, Household or Junior Membership and must be returned with the completed Application. If you need area member names for possible sponsors, please contact the Corresponding Secretary.

SPONSOR: As a Sponsor for the prospective member, please take a few minutes to review and answer the questions below. Please remember that you should feel comfortable with the responsibility of sponsoring this applicant, as it may be necessary for you to vouch for this person in writing if requested. You must have been a voting member for 3 years, currently in good standing.
