2026 Futurity: Third Enrollment

If you would like to submit your entry online, please complete the form below. Once you submit your information you will be taken to PayPal where you can pay online using either PayPal or a credit card.

This form and $5.00 fee must be completed for each puppy for the Third and Final Enrollment.

The completed form with corresponding fees must be received by the Futurity Secretary on Orr before JUNE 1, 2026. There is no grace period with this deadline.

A separate form is required for each puppy enrolled. In order to enter the Futurity Stakes, all owners, co-owners, breeders and co-breeders must be members in good standing of BHCA. Please be certain that all information is accurate. This form will be used as a guide for mailing the premium list.

Nominating year runs from March 1, 2025 to February 28, 2026.
