Description
Continue to keep your litter eligible for the Futurity Stakes by enrolling individual puppies. This is for the third and final of three enrollments - due on or before July 1 of the Futurity year. Under quantity select the number of puppies you are enrolling.
You must also complete and send the required form to the the BHCA Futurity-Maturity Secretary to complete enrollment.
