You can pay the fees to nominate your bitch for the BHCA Futurity Stakes.  If you are nominating the bitch after the litter is born please also select the $10 late fee.

• You must also complete and send the required form to the the BHCA Futurity-Maturity Secretary to complete nomination.

  • You may either print it out and fill it in by hand, mailing to the Futurity Secretary, or fill it in electronically and email it to the Futurity Secretary at: bhcafm@aol.com
