Description
After the bitch and the litter are nominated you can continue to keep your litter eligible for the Futurity Stakes by enrolling individual puppies. This is for the first of three enrollments. Under quantity select the number of puppies you are enrolling.
You must also complete and send the required form to the the BHCA Futurity-Maturity Secretary to complete enrollment.
